“Latoya went the extra mile to make sure our paperwork was in order…Because of her knowledge she noticed one of our document pages was signed in the wrong place… eliminating what potentially could have ended up a huge headache!”

FAQs

  • A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the state government to serve the public as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgements, administering oath and affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by law.

  • A mobile notary is a notary public that travels to various locations to perform notarial acts. The fees charged by mobile notaries tend to be higher than traditional notaries due to travel related expenses and nuances including but not limited to gas, tolls, parking, time, traffic, and of course the occasional parking/speeding ticket.

  • All appointments will incur a $25 dollar travel fee in addition to the service. If travel is more than 20 miles, additional fees will be incurred. All service fees will be confirmed with clients before their scheduled appointment.

  • At Chanel Notary Services we strive to provide exceptional notary services to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or rescheduling of a notary appointment. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your notary appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the vacant appointment slot to another client.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is necessary to compensate our notary for the time allocated and any associated administrative costs.

No-shows: Failure to notify us of a cancellation or being unavailable at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, the full service fee will be charged.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your notary appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please note that rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the original appointment may be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above.
